Livin’ On A Prayer – Bon Jovi

This is that very song I bank on every morning before dressing up for work. It inspires me when listen to it before stepping out of my house.

Bon Jovi is an American rock band formed in Sayreville, New Jersey in 1983. Released in the year 1986, from the studio album: Slippery When Wet.

The band consists of talented singer Jon Bon Jovi, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres, guitarists John Shanks and Phil X, percussionist Everett Bradley, and bassist Hugh McDonald. What a star studded rock band!!!

As for me, the 80’s wasn’t just a decade, it was an emotion.  Some iconic rock voices were just amazing, honestly.

“Livin’ On a Prayer” by Bon Jovi is an iconic rock song about holding on to hope, even when life gets tough.

This is a song talks about hope, struggle and perseverance. It tells the story of two people, Tommy and Gina, who are facing tough times in their lives.

Tommy works on the docks while Gina is a waitress. They both have hard jobs and are trying to make ends meet, but things are not easy for them. Enjoy it!!!
